Terms of Service (Closed Beta)
Chapter 1 : General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of ARCHIMEDES ("Service"), an AI-driven project management tool provided by Hornet Tech Pte. Ltd. ("Company").
The Service is currently offered free of charge as a closed beta to a limited number of users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Chapter 2 : Overview of the Service
The Service is a cloud-based application that supports project tracking, knowledge management, and automated reporting using generative AI.
Integration with external platforms such as Jira, Asana, Slack, Chatwork, and GitHub is planned; only Jira is supported during the closed beta.
Chapter 3 : Eligibility and Use
Only authorized individuals or entities approved by the Company may use the Service. Users must provide accurate registration information.
Service features may be changed, added, or removed without notice.
Chapter 4 : Registration and Security
Users are responsible for managing their account credentials.
The Company implements access control, encryption, and audit logs for enhanced security.
Chapter 5 : Personal Data and Privacy
Collected personal data will only be used for service provision, feature improvement, user support, and legal compliance.
Data will not be shared with third parties except when legally required. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Chapter 6 : Data Retention
User data (project info, logs, feedback, etc.) may be retained for up to 180 days and deleted thereafter.
Deletion requests will be handled promptly within reasonable scope.
Chapter 7 : Cookies and Tracking
Cookies and tracking technologies like Google Analytics are used to improve the Service.
Users may control or disable them via their browser settings
Chapter 8 : User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request data portability regarding their personal data.
Chapter 9 : Third-Party Services and Data Transfers
Integrations with external services use OAuth and limit access to the minimum necessary.
International data transfers are handled legally (e.g., SCCs).
Chapter 10 : AI Analytics and Opt-Out
Anonymized logs and usage data may be used to improve our AI models.
Users may opt out by notifying the Company.
Chapter 11 : Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
The Service and all associated intellectual property (code, designs, documentation, etc.) belong to Hornet Tech Pte. Ltd.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, reproduction, and modification are strictly prohibited.
Chapter 12 : Redistribution and Commercial Use
Redistribution, resale, or lending of the Service is prohibited.
Commercial use for client work is permitted under contract.
Chapter 13 : Public Disclosure Restrictions
During the closed beta, public posts or media coverage of the Service require prior written consent from the Company.
Chapter 14 : Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees due to its beta nature.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
Chapter 15 : Revisions and Governing Law
Terms may be revised without notice and announced via the website or email.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Chapter 16 : Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Violate laws or public order.
- Disrupt service operations.
- Harass or defame others.
- Use the service for unlawful content transmission or storage.
- Reverse engineer or modify the Service.
- Infringe on the rights of others.
- Spread malware or engage in unauthorized access.
Chapter 17 : Account Suspension or Termination
Terms may be revised without notice and announced via the website or email.
The Company may suspend or terminate a user’s account without notice if:
- Terms are violated.
- False registration information is detected.
- There is prolonged inactivity.
- The Service is used fraudulently.
- Continued service provision is deemed inappropriate.
Chapter 18 : Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
Users represent and warrant they are not and will not be affiliated with anti-social forces (e.g., organized crime).
Violation may result in immediate termination without notice.
